74 students, 10 universities, 6 countries, 5 days, 1 goal
Program Description
Students from multination teams spent 5 days innovating and ideating together to solve challenges presented by UN Sustainable Development Goal - Global Partnerships.
The Process
With the help of our mentors, my team began our innovation process with ideation. Our initial goal was to come up with as many basic concepts as possible.
Once we had a feel for each person's ideas and perspectives, we created a persona for a specific individual we could see our solution helping. We also decided on the values we want to be present in our company.
Then we decided on a more specific concept and dove deeper into a business plan. This allowed every member of the group to be on the same page and work out a more in-depth solution,

The Problem
6 out of 10 students didn’t pursue higher education because they needed to make money.
13 million Brazilians between the ages of 15-29 have finished high school but were unable to continue their studies.
Companies in Brazil are having the hardest time in 17 years in Brazil to find qualified laborers for technical jobs.
What are we missing?
Our Solution
A T L A S
ATLAS is a comprehensive web platform that helps teenagers and young adults from disadvantaged families recognize and successfully realize their educational and professional potential. It provides information on further education opportunities, scholarships, mental health support, financial literacy, interaction with alumni and inspirational study videos. All together fostering a mentorship program in collaboration with local companies, governments and NGOs.
A Glimpse at our Pitch

Although ATLAS was not chosen as one of the top three pitches, I am proud of the idea my team created and my work as part of Moving the Cities 2023 has made me a better student and person as a whole.
I want to thank everyone from the University of Pittsburgh and FH Munster for giving me this opportunity.
