Makeysaurous Rex

A Design By Brenna Baker, Shane Conlin, Charlie Greco, Alanna Howe, and Jack Laudati

What is the Makeysaurous Rex?

The Makeysaurous Rex is a fun, low-impact way to encourage younger children to exercise while playing video games. Requiring little space and set-up,  The Makeysaurous Rex allows the user to play Google's classic Dinosaur Game by jumping and ducking in real life!

How Does The Makeysaurous Rex ACTUALLY Work?

When a user reaches down and touches the 2 aluminum hand pads, their hands complete the circuit on the main Makey-Makey, causing the down arrow to be activated.

When you jump, you disconnect the circuit made between the copper wire and your feet, activating the Little Bits Makey Makey. This signal is "inverted" such that the main Makey-Makey reads it as a space bar input, and the dinosaur jumps.
